Description:
VeriSign, Inc. is a NASDAQ-listed US-based company, and a global leader in the delivery of critical internet and telecommunications infrastructure services.
The position will be based in the Melbourne office of VeriSign Asia Pacific, and play a key role in the processing of VeriSign digital certificate enrolments within Australia and South Asia .
The person will be a self-motivated, positive person who can take ownership of their role and ‘get the job done’, and who demonstrates the key VeriSign RAPID (Respect, Accountability, Passion, Integrity, Drive) values in their attitude and actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders for all VeriSign products ensuring both quantitative and qualitative targets are met.
Manage customer inquiries regarding customer orders and work with customers to resolve issues.
Develop a full understanding of VeriSign’s Authentication procedures.
Develop a full understanding of all VeriSign’s certificate issuance systems & communication tools.
Understand VeriSign’s product lines and where it fits into the customer’s requirements. Recommend solutions for the resolution of “out of the box� customer issues.
Experience and Qualifications:
2 – 4 years customer service experience.
Experience using a CRM or call logging system.
Microsoft Office experience.
Good understanding of the internet.
Typing 50 wpm.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to cross check customer information.
Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to rapidly absorb processes and procedures.
Strong analytical skills.
Technical aptitude.
Ability to work in a changing environment.
Key Expectations
Issue certificates within the corporate goal (TPT).
Resolving customer’s issues promptly.
Present a professional and competent face to the customer, instilling customer trust in VeriSign.
Ability to identify “unsatisfied� customers and move them to “satisfied� or very “satisfied�.
Maintain zero defect issuance.
Can perform complex work with minimum supervision.
Identify issues with internal company processes and recommends solutions.
Promotes positive morale and team spirit within the group.
Australian citizens will be required to achieve and maintain Highly Protected security clearance as defined by the Australian Federal government (which includes being an Australian citizen).
