In this position, you will be facilitating the success of Cisco sales teams in selling specific products and technologies related to your area of expertise, with measurable sales objectives for the regions you support. The ideal candidate will be quick to identify opportunities, able to manage people and prioritize opportunities, highly capable as a trusted consultant and mentor to salespeople, and commtted to improving the competency of the team. Work with Cisco Account Managers, Systems Engineers and Cisco Voice Partners to plan Sales Strategy, develop proposals, deliver customer presentations and / or demonstrations and close business. Responsible for developing a Business Plan to meet and exceed assigned quota. Train ESO Sales teams on Cisco''s Contact Center solutions and products. Train ESO Sales teams on how to discover contact center opportunities outside of normal IT contact areas. Work with Channels to find and develop contact center Channel partners in each geography. Carry a specific contact center product quota and lead the team to success. Make executive calls and presentations articulating the business value of contact center. Minimum seven Years experience in the Voice Communications industry. Indepth knowledge of "traditional" voice communications systems such as Nortel and Avaya. Familiarity with IP Voice Communications Systems ,and preferably Cisco''s Solutions Experience with selling Voice at the Telecom level through the CXO level. Train ESO Sales teams on Cisco''s Contact Center solutions and products. Train ESO Sales teams on how to discover contact center opportunities outside of normal IT contact areas. Work with Channels to find and develop contact center Channel partners in each geography. Carry a specific contact center product quota and lead the team to success. Make executive calls and presentations articulating the business value of contact center. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and multiple levels of the organizations (AM, SE, RM, SEM, OD, SSEM, Partners, Channels, etc.) Able to drive a solutions sell process versus a product feature sell. Strong understanding of voice communications and the issues companies face. Good understanding of Contact Centers Contact Center Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales of Cisco''s Contact Center products in the Northern California Area. Role supports multiple partners, sales regions and states. General responsibilities will include working with partners, customers and the ESO enterprise region teams. Educating partners and team members on the value proposition, finding, qualifying, discovering business drivers and closing contact center opportunities. This person must work well on teams and understand Cisco''s enterprise engagement model and how partners play a key role for success.
